Transformers: Unite Warriors Grand Galvatron (Ghost Starscream, Curse Armada Thrust, Zombie War Breakdown, Wandering Roller)
I am not going to try to make sense of the makeup of this set. It’s a hodgepodge of random characters who I guess are all supposed to be dead? They should have included a mortuary play set with coffins for each of them. Come to think of it, that would be kind of awesome in a morbid sort of way.
Read my reviews Off Road, Silverbolt, Cyclonus, Rook, Skydive, and Air Raid.
Zombie War Breakdown
Breakdown is a straight repaint of Off Road. He is supposed to be the zombified incarnation of Transformers: Prime Breakdown. It’s really nothing special.
Tactician Cyclonus
While Off Road may not be anything special, Cyclonus looks a million times better than the USA version. He has an amazing paint job including blue, purple, and silver metallic paint. While there are no mold changes, this toy really is worth buying the set for.
Wandering Roller
Not sure what to say about this one, as he is not a character I recognize at all. He does look pretty cool in vehicle mode with all the silver paint, but other than that he’s completely forgettable.
Ghost Starscream
Ghost Starscream is the main reason I bought this set. The G1 jet head sculpt looks fantastic, and is part of the original mold that Hasbro has not seen fit to use yet. If Hasbro wants to do more fake combiner sets, then they need to use this head and give us a set of Cyclonus in the paint job from this set, Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker from this mold with this head, Astrotrain from the Combaticon Blast Off mold, and Shockwave in the paintjob they never delivered on. Ghost Starscream looks fantastic. I love translucent toys, and they did an amazing job painting him
Curse Armada Thrust
Thrust has a new head sculpt based on Transformers: Armada Thrust. It looks pretty good, and they did a great job repainting him, but I barely remember the toy let alone the character, so it doesn’t mean much to me.
Grand Galvatron
Though Galvatron makes no sense as a combiner, the toy looks pretty awesome. They even found a way to mount his gun on his arm.
Overall: For Starscream and Cyclonus, this set is absolutely worth buying. Just do yourself a favor and don’t try to figure out what they were thinking when they came up with this set.

Thrust got destroyed in Armada when Unicron transformed. Thrust got caught in his inner workings during the change.
I have no use for IDW. They turned Ultra Magnus into a joke.
I don’t like IDW continuity, so Wandering Roller is out as a character. However, I like the other choices. Though I don’t recall armada thrust dying…
Roller, as in the scout from G1 Prime’s trailer. In the IDW comics I believe he was a fleshed out character who eventually turns to the Decepticons.
