Previous Mold Use: Bumblebee Leader Class Soundwave, Titans Return Leader Class Soundwave, Titans Return Leader Class Blaster

The Golden Lagoon Soundwave is repainted from the original Titans Return Soundwave mold and not the remolded Transformers Bumblebee version. Not sure exactly when this came out. It may have been before the Bumblebee remold came out. Anyway, he is very shiny, and looks amazing. What stinks though is that this is the paint job the G1 toy deserved for the Linkin Park Edition Soundwave.

Overall: This toy looks great, but unless you’re a completist, like gold toys, or particularly love The Golden Lagoon, it’s probably an easy skip.
