Not again. This makes eleven versions of this mold. No more Hasbro. Red Alert now has an earth mode. He looks fine.

Overall: If you need an earth mode Red Alert, he’s great. I cannot bring myself to care about this mold anymore. I want Hasbro to put the mold on a boat, take it out over the Mariana Trench, and drop it to the bottom of the sea. I believe continuing to release this mold constitutes a war crime under the Geneva Convention. If it doesn’t, then it should. Having said that, I will not be surprised if we see Tigertrack, Deep Cover, Reverse Color Deep Cover, and G2 Sideswipe from the earth version of this mold. Seriously, I don’t mind repaints and remolds that matter. Gigawatt aside because that’s really it’s own thing, this mold needed to be Sideswipe, Red Alert, earth mode Sideswipe, and earth mode Red Alert. I love G2 Sideswipe and would have been fine with that, but that should been based on his earth mode, not his Cybertronian mode. They also did a piss poor job on remolding it. They had this circuit pattern in his Cybertron mode window. Remnants of that are still in the earth mode, which makes no sense. The fact that they couldn’t color the mold correctly just once, still really pisses me off.
