Transformers: Retro: Transformers: The Movie Hound

The box has a flap, which would be great if the box had a window. If it’s not going to have a window, they are just wasting the box flap. This plastic free packaging sucks balls.

Hound

I have never reviewed G1 Hound before. His plastic is much lighter green than the original toy, and he looks great. I kind of miss the chromed parts though. He is perfect in Jeep mode. I always loved the machine gun. He does not feel like he is missing stickers the way the others in this series do. In robot mode he has short little arms, but otherwise looks great.

Overall: If you don’t have a G1 Hound, grab one. If you do, not sure he’s so great to make him a must have.

Thanks for reading!

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.

Everything is fine, I’ve just been so busy, I had to give up blogging for a while. I’ve got photos of every toy from the last year, and I’ll start getting those blogs done this spring and summer, I hope.

    Thanks,

    Lewis
