Transformers: Generations: Power of the Primes Deluxe Swoop

Click here to read about how Hasbro ruined the Power of the Primes line before it even started.

Dino Mode: Swoop is perfect in dinosaur mode. I wish he has chrome parts, but he still look awesome.

Robot Mode: Interestingly, they went with animation color scheme for Swoop, giving him the blue chest. The toy’s chest was red. I kind of like the blue, but I wouldn’t mind having a red one somewhere down the road. He looks great. I love the head sculpt. Glad he came with his sword. Swoop was the only G1 Dinobot who did not have a gun, he had two missile launchers. It would have been nice if he had those, but I’m glad he got the sword at least.

Overall: Swoop is a must.

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
