They did a much better job in this wave of gang molding toys with the same base color together.  Why they couldn’t do that from the beginning, I don’t know.  Acid Storm could use more paint apps.  As is, I’m just hoping this is the last series of Tiny Titans.

Barrage is the rare case of too much paint.  They painted his head yellow, but also painted the part on top of his head that should have been green.

This is interesting.  Blurr is based on his Titans Return design.  Shockingly, he has better paint apps than the actual toy.

Did we really need another Robots in Disguise Bumblebee when there are so many characters they could have done instead?

When I saw Cheetor on the list, I assumed it would be Beast Wars Cheetor, but this is Beast Machines Cheetor.  He’s not bad, but could use more paint apps.

I thought Crazybolt was supposed to be a cat, but he looks more like some kind of amphibian.

Grimlock is pretty good.  A little silver paint on his legs and he would have been perfect.

What the fuck is that?  I know the name.  Minimus Ambus is that idiotic IDW creation that wears Ultra Magnus like a suit.  My initial reaction to this toy made me think of this video.

I assume Nightstrike is a new Robots in Disguise character.  They actually did a nice job painting him.  Shocking, I know.

As with Bumblebee, why are we getting duplicates in this line when there are so many more characters they could choose?

tfrid2ttw6-21 tfrid2ttw6-22

Sky-Byte’s paint apps are decent.  I’m not sure if he is meant to be the original or Generations.

And finally we have Unicron.  The molding is really great.  He just needed some more paint apps.

Overall: It’s toys like this that make me wish I could paint.  Some of these would look amazing if properly painted.  Hopefully this is the last wave.
