Transformers: Generations: Earthrise Battle Masters Wave 1 (Soundbarrier)

In robot mode Soundbarrier looks pretty cool. He has decent paint apps for a Battle Master. He transforms into a…ramp. Apparently he is also a shield, but it’s hard to ignore that he looks less like a shield than he does a ramp being used as a shield.

Overall: Soundbarrier is one of my least favorite Battle Masters. I can accept the sword and hammer alt modes. I prefer guns, but at least those are weapons, but transforming into a shield seems like a waste. What’s worse, is that he is the only new toy in the wave, as his wave mate is a repack of Smashdown. Hopefully wave two will be better.
