Shadow Shot Stealth Bumblebee

Previous Mold Use: Cyberverse One Step Changer Sting Shot Bumblebee

Bumblebee is a stealth repaint of the second Cyberverse One Step Changer Bumblebee. (The first was a repaint from RID.) He’s fine, if you like stealth repaints. I thin I’d have liked him better in black than in gray.

Gruesome Chomp Repugnus

Repugnus looks awesome in monster mode. Other than being very short, I can’t find anything wrong with him. He has a slide on the back of his head you can pull up to close his jaws. In robot mode he is almost perfect. Unforgivably, Hasbro didn’t bother to paint his face at all. He also needed a few more paint apps in robot mode.

Overall: Bumblebee is a repaint, so whatever, but Repugnus looks awesome. It’s just unfortunate Hasbro skimped on the pain apps again. He really just needed a few more and he would be perfect.

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
