Barricade

Barricade’s car mode is pretty cool. They even used a simplified form of the Decepticon police logo. His robot mode isn’t awful, but isn’t great either. He’s just sort of there, which is the best description of the entire AllSpark Tech Line.

Bumblebee

If they painted the back half of his car, he wouldn’t look half bad in vehicle mode, but alas, Hasbro does not know how to properly paint cars. Again, robot mode is fine. Just fine.

Drift

I really like Drift’s car mode. It’s a great design, and probably the best part of the whole line. He also has one of the better robot modes.

Hound

Hound’s vehicle mode isn’t bad, but not as good as Drift or Barricade. His robot mode actually looks pretty good, maybe the best of the bunch.

Overall: These things are okay, but the whole cube gimmick is silly. Just put electronics in the toys.
