Transformers: Age of Extinction Toys R Us Exclusive Kre-O Scorn Street Chase
Scorn
Scorn looks really awesome, but unfortunately, he has one major flaw. His knee joint is a simple clip on, no ball and socket. The result is that you can’t get him to stand up with his knees bent. You have to keep them straight. It’s a really obvious problem, and I can’t imagine how this was screwed up. Other than that though, he’s awesome. I especially like the dinosaur heads which are not built, but come painted and with movable jaws. All the Dinobots also include “Dino Force Technology”. This is a fancy was of saying that Dinobot mouths and some feet include a magnet and some Kreons have a piece of metal on their back.
Sign
It’s a Chinese Sign. No, I don’t get it either.
Kreons
Kreon Crosshairs is pretty cool. He’s got his goggles, which we know from recent trailer, he actually wears in battle. Also included are a couple of Vehicons. It’s really kind of crappy how many Vehicons are in these sets. There are so many characters they could do, and it’s not like Kreons require a lot of engineering and design.
Overall: It’s the only way to get Crosshairs, so I can’t really not recommend it, I just wish Scorn’s knee joints were properly designed.
Thanks for reading!
