Like Ferak, Devcon is a single appearance character, appearing in the Generation One, Season Two episode, The Gambler.  Unlike Ferak who literally appeared and then was destroyed, we actually get quite a bit of character info on Devcon in The Gambler.  While I personally have never been clamoring for a Devcon toy, I can see the appeal, a bounty hunter character with limited importance has grown a huge fan following before (Boba Fett).

As to the toy itself, it’s absolutely awesome.  He’s made from Generations Scourge with a new head.  This is the perfect toy for him since he has the thing on his head, and the Scourge toy is one of few that could accommodate the head sculpt.  I love the colors

I’m definitely looking forward to this one.

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
