Vehicle Mode: As you can see from the picture, Bumblebee has been remolded to the point where he is nearly not recognizable.  He is covered in spikes and armor, has a new crossbow, and missiles mounted on his doors.  He looks very cool, but I do have a couple of complaints.  They didn’t paint his rear window, which looks really odd.  They also didn’t paint on the strips on his roof and trunk.  The other annoying thing is the splotches of orange paint that I can only assume are meant to be battle damage.  He really could do without them.

Robot Mode: Bumblebee’s robot mode looks fantastic.  I still have issues with the mold in general, the way the piece of his hood with his head on it doesn’t fold down completely.  Other than that though, he’s a fantastic looking toy with a really great head sculpt.

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
