Transformers: Studio Series Deluxe Class Hot Rod (TLK)
Hot Rod
Vehicle Mode: Hot Rod’s car mode looks fantastic. I expected he would be a remold of Lockdown, but he is his own mold. Could have used a few more orange paint apps though.
Robot Mode: Apparently Hot Rod is not based on his final film design, but from a image before they finalized his design. So that is unfortunate, but I wouldn’t have even noticed if I hadn’t read that somewhere. Hot Rod does look great.
Overall: Hot Rod may be imperfect, but he looks great. I highly recommend him.
