Transformers Masterpiece Thundercracker (MP-52+)
Thundercracker includes fewer accessories than Starscream. There is no actual reason for this. It’s just Takara being cheap. I know he never used the claw or drill that came with Starscream, but is that a reason to leave those parts in the scrap bin? No.
Previous Mold Use: Masterpiece Starscream Version 2
There is really not much to be said that I haven’t already said in my Masterpiece Starscream review. He’s been repainted as Thundercracker. What more is there to say?
Overall: If you’re getting Starscream, you’re probably going to get them all. If not, don’t start now. He’s over engineered, has too much vehicle mode kibble for a Masterpiece toy, and is was too expensive.
Thanks for reading!
I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
