Transformers: Generations Selects Deluxe Class Seacon Overbite

Read my review of all of the Seacons: NautilatorOverbite, Seawing, Skalor, Snaptrap, Tentakil, and Piranacon!

Previous Mold Use: Power of the Primes Deluxe Class Terrorcon Blot, Power of the Primes Deluxe Class Terrorcon Rippersnapper, Selects Deluxe Class Seacon Nautilator

Overbite

Creature Mode: Overbite is awesome. His colors are perfect. They did a great job designing him, he looks to be a perfect homage to the original. As you can see, he has Rippersnapper’s forearms/claws, among other parts.

Weapon Mode: Overbite looks great in weapon mode. Not sure if I have his feet in the right position. I think they should have been pivoted up, but I don’t have the instructions in front of me. By the G1 instructions, Overbite became Piranacon’s gun.

Robot Mode: Overbite has a great head sculpt, and his colors are perfect in robot mode. He has a sword that becomes part of Piranacon’s sword, and a gun. I wish his monster head folded down a little farther on his back.

Overall: Overbite is a pretty great G1 homage. I’ve been waiting for these guys since Combiner Wars, and it was well worth the wait.

Thanks for reading!

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
