Transformers: Generations: Siege Voyager Class Target Exclusive Rainmakers 3-Pack (Acid Storm, Ion Storm, Nova Storm)

Just an FYI on this mold. Early on there was a report of a running change to Starscream adding a pin to hold his chest in place. This was either a hoax or a misinterpreted custom. However, there was a running change made to Starscream that does make the chest stay on much better. This version also has altered Decepticon logos. The ones on the Starscream pictured below use the movie style Decepticon logos. The Starscreams with the corrected chests also have the G1 Decepticon logos. It’s easy to tell them apart. The eyes on the G1 Decepticons logos have triangular eyes, while the movie version has four sided eyes.

Acid Storm, Green
Ion Storm, Blue
Nova Storm, Yellow

Previous Mold Use: Siege Voyager Starscream, Siege Voyager Red Wing

These guys look great. They could have put a little more silver paint on them, just to break up the endless solid colors. They are accurate to their G1 cartoon appearance, but they didn’t exactly put a lot of work into their design in that episode. Still, it’s really cool to have them and Red Wing with the original three jets (Skywarp and Thundercracker) all in the same aesthetic, but I REALLY want a cone head 3-pack. I’m sure they had to have included a cone head sculpt in the mold. I can’t believe they didn’t. It’s the only other head that would make sense, and they always include a second head, or at least it seems like they do. I’d even be okay with getting them with the standard heads.

Overall: This set is a must. It’s been hard to find, but with store exclusives, they will likely be clogging the shelves soon.
