Vehicle Mode: I really like Sideswipe’s vehicle mode. The only problem is that black area at the front of his doors. It just doesn’t look right. Maybe if his windshield was tinted blue it wouldn’t bother me so much, but he just looks off.

Robot Mode: In robot mode Sideswipe looks great. I just wish you didn’t have to use his gun as his missile. How is Hasbro this cheap?

Overall: Sideswipe is awesome, but those black painted parts of his door just look wrong. This is where Hasbro and Takara unifying the worldwide brand sucks. In the past, Takara would have fixed Hasbro’s screw ups. Sadly, we may never get a properly painted Sideswipe. On the other hand, rumor has it we’re getting a G2 Sideswipe, so there is that.
