Shadow Panther comes with all of Cheetor’s accessories, plus some new ones. He comes with a monster face as well as two communicators, one for each mode.

Shadow Panther looks very cool. They did a really nice job repainting Cheetor. For more on this mold, read my review of Masterpiece Cheetor.
Overall: I really hope we aren’t going to get more Beast Wars repaints. There are too many characters, especially G1, who don’t have Masterpiece toys yet.
