Blog #1514: Artifact of the Week: Transformers: Generation One Glitter Stickers

Transformers: Generation One Glitter Stickers

Transformers Glitter Stickers were manufactured by Jotastar in 1985. I watched this on eBay for months, before I finally pulled the trigger. I paid to much, but I’ve never seen another set mint in package. I do have a few of the loose stickers.

I’m not sure what country this was released in. The seller I bought it from was in Greece, but the packaging is all in English. Typical of most European and UK items (at least I think it is), beside the Transformers logo it says “Robots in Disguise” instead of “More Then Meets The Eye,” which you’ll seem on items released in the USA.

As always, you can find over 15,000 Transformers artifacts from every Transformers series and generation at TFMuseum.com.

Thanks for reading!

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
