Transformers: Generations: Power of the Primes Legends Wave 2 (Battleslash, Roadtrap, Tailgate)

Battleslash

Battleslash is based on G1 Battletrap’s helicopter. It’s not the best helicopter mode. The big open square at the front looks silly. I like his robot mode. His head sculpt looks great.

Roadtrap

Roadtrap is based on G1 Battletrap’s truck. He looks great in both modes. I love the paint apps.

Battletrap

Battleslash and Roadtrap combine to form Battletrap. He looks awesome. They really did a great job on him.

Tailgate

Tailgate is repainted from Windcharger with a new head. I really like this mold, and Tailgate’s new head sculpt is great. His paint job is pretty much swapping white for red, with some extra silver paint on the grill in car mode and a silver painted chest.

Overall: This is a great wave, and I recommend them all, though I am disappointed that the line is coming to an end without getting Flywheels. I suppose we could get them in the upcoming War for Cybertron line.
