Transformers: Kre-O Battle Changers Wave 3 (Ironhide, Megatron)

This was a surprise. Out of nowhere, two years after the last new Kre-O toys came out, Battle Changers Ironhide and Megatron started showing up. Unfortunately, finding them was not easy. I ended up going to eBay, and I don’t even want to talk about what they cost me.

Ironhide

I love Ironhide’s vehicle mode. It’s a great design. He looks great in robot mode. I can’t really put my finger on it, but the engineering on these seems different than the early ones. I really wish we could get more of these, but only if they can actually be found in stores.

Megatron

I love Megatron’s robot mode. Not sure about his alternate mode. Is it a tank? Is it a plane? I’m guessing plane. It seems to have really small wings for being so bulky.

Overall: I really loved the Kre-O Battle Changers line. Had they started with these, I bet the line wouldn’t have died out. I recommend these if you can find them. Ironhide is the better of the two.
