Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015) Warrior Class Blurr

Blurr

Vehicle Mode: I love the design of Blurr’s car mode.  It looks very cool, though I would have preferred some better color choices.  He has too much white on him.  He should have been predominantly light and dark shades of blue.  The toy looks great, it just doesn’t seem like Blurr.  Honestly with a different head sculpt he would work far better as Mirage.  I would have liked to see darker blue translucent plastic for his window.  There is nothing to see inside other than robot parts.  A darker plastic would have hid that better.

Robot Mode: Again, he would look better in robot mode with less white and more blue.  I’m not crazy about the head sculpt.  The blue visor over his eyes looks odd.

Overall: While I’m not crazy about the color choices as Blurr, it’s a pretty cool toy.  Recommended.

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
