I’m not a huge fan of this mold (more on the mold here).  This isn’t a bad looking toy considering it is an unpainted custom class toy.  I know there is a lot to consider when picking the custom class toy as certain toys are harder to put together than others, but this was the best they could come up with?  I have long believed that the custom class as it currently exists is a joke.  You can’t learn how to customize toys buy building one from a kit that you can’t possibly do on your own.  Previously it was really only about people getting the toy so they could flip it on ebay and pay for a big chunk of their trip.  Now for two years, Fun Pub has decided that they can’t possibly not get a piece of that, so they’ve made these pre-built unpainted versions.  They should scrap the class as it is and do a class on how to customize an off the shelf toy.  That would actually teach people how to customize toys.

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
