Transformers Prime Voyager Thundertron

Vehicle Mode:  The gun is crap.  This is not new for these Transformers: Prime Voyagers.  Essentially on his back he has a claw with a blade on it.  Otherwise I really like the wolf mode.  The only problem is, he looks more like a lion than a wolf.  The white and blue panels on the sides of his neck look like a lion’s mane.  If you could pull them back farther so they were on his shoulders more, it would look much better.

Robot Mode:  His robot mode looks nice, but his head is set too low so it’s between his shoulders, almost like it’s not pulled all the way out of his chest.  Not bad though.  His right foot can be removed to become a weapon leaving him with a peg leg.  Since he is supposed to be a pirate, I guess it makes sense, but it seems silly.

Overall: Thundertron is supposed to be a new faction, “Star Seeker”.  Essentially he’s a pirate.  This comes from one of the books they have released.  I think it’s kind of stupid.  It’s not a bad toy, but just make him a Decepticon and leave it at that.
