The long delayed 40th Anniversary Lio Convoy is finally here (okay, he’s been here for a while now). He’s been remolded to have an animation accurate lion face and mane, now painted gold rather than yellow. He has new longer claw weapons. While he can now accurately recreates his Lion Typhoon attack, the remolding on his mane makes it so he can’t be put fully into his Leo Missile configuration.

Overall: This is a really cool toy, but having never seen the original animation, I though the first version was pretty great. Can’t call this a must have.
