Transformers: Legacy Evolution Deluxe Class Junkion Crashbar

Crashbar

Vehicle Mode: Crashbar looks great in vehicle mode. His colors are great. They did a great job integrating his weapons into his vehicle design.

Robot Mode: Crashbar looks just great in robot mode. He has lots of molded detail, his colors are great, and I love his head sculpt. Like many Junkion toys, he can come apart into weapons and armor, but unlike those true Weaponizers, Crashbar does not have any specific ways to be used in his instructions, he is just a bunch of random parts to be used as weapons. He does have an additional mode using parts of Scraphook. When I first saw that, I thought that was what you were supposed to do with the extra chunk of Scraphook that does not become armor. However, you need additional parts of Scraphook to form that mode, making the rest of Scraphook useless. It’s kind of a silly design.

Overall: Crashbar is pretty cool, but I do not like him as much as other Junkions. I would recommend him though.

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
