Blog #2258: Toy Review: Transformers: Legacy Deluxe Class Stunticon Wild Rider

Transformers: Legacy Deluxe Class Stunticon Wild Rider

Wild Rider

Vehicle Mode: Wild Rider (for some reason not Wildrider) looks great. I love the painted guns and painted hubcaps. He’s darker than I remember the G1 toy, being, but I know he’s supposed to be based on he animation. I kind of wish his windows were brighter colored.

Robot Mode: I love Wild Rider’s robot mode. He’s really great, though he could have used a few paint apps on his legs.

Overall: I hate how Hasbro is dribbling out the Stunticons. It should not take two years to get a Combiner set. They should have released all four in one wave around when Motormaster was coming out. Having said that, he’s obviously a must have.

Overall: Dead End is a must have.

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
