Transformers: Cyberverse Ultra Class Energon Armor Hot Rod

Hot Rod

Vehicle Mode: I like the design of Hot Rod’s vehicle mode, but he has no flames on his hood, and needs paint apps on his hubcaps and headlights. I can’t say he needs paint on his taillights because he does not have any. His feet stick out the back of his car mode.

Robot Mode: I really like Hot Rod’s head sculpt and his paint apps in robot mode are sufficient. I like his Energon Armor. He has a crossbow (non firing) that mounts on his arm. It would have been nice if he could hold it in the had. It can be stored in a slot on his back.

Overall: Hot Rod isn’t the best Ultra Class toy. Still not bad looking, especially in robot mode. If you only want one Hot Rod, the Warrior Class Hot Rod is probably a better option.
