Transformers: Studio Series Deluxe World War II Bumblebee

World War II Bumblebee

Vehicle Mode: Bumblebee’s World War II mode is awesome. This is one of the coolest looking Bumblebee toys in recent memory, partly, because Bumblebee has gotten very boring almost always being a yellow car. The only issue is that he has no paint apps other than the little orange box with a number in it on the front of the vehicle. Now, I know it’s supposed to be a military vehicle, I don’t expect racing stripes, but some paint apps would have at least made him not look like a prototype.

Robot Mode: Bumblebee looks great in robot mode. He could have used some more silver paint apps.

Overall: This is a great Bumblebee toy. I just hope some day we can get one with a few more paint apps.

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
