Bumblebee’s vehicle mode is actually pretty great. He just needed paint apps, specifically, his rear window, front grill, headlights, and taillights painted. His robot mode is about what you’d expect from a Titan Changer. The music and sound effects don’t add much to it.
Overall: Easy skip. For completists only. You can wait until they are on clearance. They won’t be hard to find.
