Transformers: Legends Deluxe Kup & Recoil

Legends Deluxe Kup is repainted and remolded from Transformers: Generations Deluxe Kup. Headmaster Kup is repainted and remolded from Titan Master Flintlock. He comes with a new mold Targetmaster. Read my review of the USA Kup & Recoil here.

Headmaster Kup

The Takara version of Kup has a new head sculpt, which is more animation accurate. I much prefer it to the USA version that is mostly gray and more toy accurate.

Recoil

Recoil is awesome. I wish he had less black and more silver, but he has a great gun design and I like his robot mode.

Kup

Kup’s forearms and shoulders have been remolded. I like the look of the new parts, but I’m not sure why they were necessary. They probably make him more animation accurate, but I don’t remember looking at the original and being bothered by those. The head was a needed improvement. His color scheme is much better than the USA version.

Overall: The Targetmaster and paintjob makes this superior to the USA version.
