Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015) Warrior Class Gold Armor Grimlock

This is a classic case of someone at Hasbro not knowing when to leave well enough alone.  Grimlock is repainted in G1 colors, accept that instead of gold they used bronze.  I believe I remember hearing that this was done intentionally because they said it looked better with bronze.  Problem is, G1 Grimlock is not bronze, so it is a complete failure as an homage.  Add to that, they call him GOLD armor Grimlock and he isn’t gold.  It’s mind boggling.
