Wave One Transformers Generations Deluxes are hitting store shelves.  I picked up Jazz, Optimus Prime, and Shockwave.

Transformers Generations Fall of Cybertron Deluxe Jazz

Vehicle Mode:  I really want to love this toy, but I can’t.  They did a much better job designing Cybertron modes for the War for Cybertron toys.  Jazz is a sports car.  It is his personality.  This just looks way too blocky.  I’d expect something like this for Kup.

Robot Mode:  Much better than the vehicle mode.  The robot looks pretty god, but I’m not crazy about the head sculpt.  It should look more like G1 Jazz and be in black.

Overall:  The Fall of Cybertron line is off to a lackluster start.  Let’s hope for more from Bruticus.
