Transformers Prime Deluxe Knock Out
Knock Out is a new mold. I like it, nice transformation. Parts seem to click into place well. Interestingly he has holes on the sides oh the vehicle to connect his spear. Makes me wonder if they’ll need to add any new ones for the Arms Micron release.
Vehicle Mode: I like his vehicle mode. The dark red and maroon work nicely, though I’m not sure about the silver paint on the sides of the vehicle, or how much he looks like his animated self. Would have been nice if they had painted his taillights and directionals.
Robot Mode: I love his head sculpt, it’s perfect with that smirk. It would have been nice if he had a Decepticon logo on his chest, he looks a bit plain. Also, they apparently went cheap on painted details. His legs are painted in the picture (see below) on the back of the card, but are not on the toy. They also didn’t paint the tip of his staff.
Over all it’s a really nice toy, but a few more paint apps would have made it outstanding.
