Transformers Generations Age of the Primes Commander Class Aerialbot Silverbolt
Silverbolt
Jet Mode: Silverbolt’s jet mode suffers from the same issue as many Transformers jet toy. From the top, his vehicle mode looks great. From the bottom, it’s got a pile of robots hanging from it. With him being part of a combiner, the options for this are even more greatly reduced than normal. He does look great from the top, but like shit from the bottom.
Piece of Crap Jet Mode: They decided to take the rest of Superion and give Silverbolt butt implants. His jet mode has a huge rear end that makes him not look at all like a Concorde, but like a piece of crap.
Piece of Crap Base Mode: When in robot mode, the rest of Superion becomes a…well…I guess it’s a brick? Or maybe a wall? Whatever it is, it’s stupid.
Robot Mode: In robot mode, Silverbolt actually looks great. I guess one out of four isn’t bad.
Superion-ish Mode: In Faux-Superion mode without his teammates, he looks as good as he can, I suppose.
Overall: What makes Silverbolt so disappointing is that his limbs are awesome, and I suspect when combined he will look pretty awesome too, so he’s a must have, but you might want to just get all the limbs and then just combine him. It will save a lot of time.
