Blog #2884: Toy Review: Xinggang Mechanical Planet (Cybertron Primus)

Xinggang Mechanical Planet (Cybertron Primus)

Primus

Planet Mode: There is a lot to like about Primus. In planet mode he looks great. He’s small compared to the original. Paint apps are excellent, and he has lots of great molded detail. I love that he has a base made from his shield and scythe.

Robot Mode: Primus looks awesome in robot mode. I love the paint apps, there are a lot of them, and so much molded detail. He has a really great face sculpt that is very well painted. His giant scythe is awesome. He is about the size of a leader class toy, close to eight inches.

Overall: At about $20, you can’t go wrong with Primus. He is a must have.

Thanks for reading!

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
