Transformers One Power Flip Optimus Prime

Optimus Prime

Vehicle Mode: Usually the gimmick toys aren’t very good, but Optimus Prime looks decent in vehicle mode. It would have been nice if his feet folded down, but the cab looks okay.

Robot Mode: Optimus Prime has three different robot modes, but only two are pictured. I can’t find my pics of him as Orion Pax, but honestly, he’s just a little shorter making him poorly proportioned (long legs), with a different head. You’re not missing anything. Optimus Prime looks pretty great in robot mode, especially for a Gimmick toy. The lights and sounds are a nice touch and he has both a sword and energon axe, though sadly, no gun. Super Mode is okay, but his head looks a little bloated.

Overall: It’s far from the worst gimmick toy. If you want a bigger Optimus Prime toy, this one is not a bad option.
