Burning Optimus Primal is a red and gold repaint of Kingdom Optimus Primal. It was released as a promotion for Rise of the Beasts in Japan. Why they kept the Kingdom packaging, I don’t know.

Overall: It’s a cool repaint, but hardly a must have.
