Transformers: Legacy United Leader Class Sandstorm

Sandstorm

Dune Buggy Mode: Sandstorm’s dune buggy mode is excellent. His colors are perfect. While not G1, I love the cage over his engine in the back.

Helicopter Mode: His helicopter mode is equally excellent. I didn’t get a pic, but his roll cage becomes a lift basket.

Robot Mode: In robot mode he has an awesome head sculpt.

Overall: I was really looking forward to this one, and he does not disappoint. Hasbro can still make Triplechangers when they want to. I’d love to see new versions of Broadside and Octane.

Thanks for reading!

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.

Exerus Wing, honestly, it didn’t really bother me. It would have been nice if it was a tighter connection, but it only pops out when you move it. It would bother me more if it popped itself out when I wasn’t moving the arms.

A what about design flaw with the chest, that doesn’t hold tightly to the corpse? How did you decide this problem?
