Blog #2536: Toy Review: Transformers: Legacy Evolution War Dawn 2-Pack Deluxe Class Erial and Deluxe Class Dion

Transformers: Legacy Evolution War Dawn 2-Pack Deluxe Class Erial and Deluxe Class Dion

Arial, I mean Erial

Previous Mold Use: Legacy Deluxe Class Arcee, Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection Deluxe Class Road Rocket, Shattered Glass Deluxe Class Flamewar

Since this is the first ever toy of Arial, I mean Erial. It’s nice to finally have one at last. Though I must admit Arial, I mean Erial, looks more like an Arcee with a different head. The other versions of this mold all had black legs that blended into the bike, but her white legs really stick out in bike mode. That doesn’t look great.

Dion

Previous Mold Use: The Movie: Studio Series Voyager Class Scourge, The Movie: Studio Series Voyager Class Sweep, Legacy A Hero Is Born Deluxe Class Alpha Trion

This is the third toy of Dion. The first was a repaint of G1 Wheelie that is best forgotten. The second was a Botcon 2010 toy that is also best forgotten. I like the new had sculpt and color scheme.

Overall: As the first ever toy of Arial, I mean Erial, and the first good toy of Dion, this set is well worth picking up.

Thanks for reading!

About lmb3

I’m 36 years old, and I work in network tech support for a public school system. I am a huge fan of Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter, and Marvel Comics as well as numerous other fandoms. I’m a big sports fan, especially the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. I collect toys (mostly Transformers but other stuff too), comic books, and Red Sox baseball cards. I watch an obscene amount of television and love going to the movies. I am hopelessly addicted to Wizard Rock and I write Harry Potter Fanfiction, though these days I am working on a couple of different original YA novels.
