Dinosaur Mode: Snarl is perfect. Lots of molded details and his colors are spot on. He does have a problem. His two hand guns should be able to plug into his hips, but the pegs are too big. His combiner foot splits in and should be able to attach too, but they don’t fit either. That’s kind of disappointing, but he looks so amazing it’s hard to care.

Robot Mode: In robot mode he looks awesome, I love his head sculpt. His swords are painted silver and red. They look great.

Overall: This is the best G1 Snarl I’ve ever seen. He was the first one of the set I bought, not intending to buy the rest, but I was so impressed with him I had to have them all. I would like to see Masterpiece toys of all the Dinobots eventually, but I doubt they could make a Snarl better than this one. He’s big, detailed, and looks the part. Plus, unlike the G1 toy, he combines. I can’t recommend him enough.
