Transformers Artifact of the Week: Tyco Transformer Electric Racing Catalog/Magazine

I picked this up on eBay earlier this year. The seller listed it as a “catalog magazine”. I think it’s more likely this packet was included in Tyco electric racing sets as it includes instructions to order replacement parts and photos of other available products. The only reference to Transformers is on the first page.

My Transformers Electric Racing set is sealed, so it very well could be included in it, but it also may have been included in other Tyco sets. On the subject of Tyco, in addition to the racing set, Tyco also released replacement cars.

In addition to the Electric Racing set, they also produced the Transformers electric train and battle set.
