Hornbreast

Hornbreast looks great in rhino mode. Lots of great molded detail, but could have used a few more paint apps.

Drillhorn

Vehicle Mode: In drill tank mode Drillhorn looks pretty great, no robot parts visible. Wish he had a few more paint apps, he’s a big block of dark blue, and so some lighter paint apps would have made him pop a little.

Robot Mode: Drillhorn looks awesome in robot mode, he’s got a great head sculpt. Paint apps are great, but I don’t love the blue face. It just looks out of place. Hornbreast looks lousy in breastplate mode. The port on Drillhorn’s chest is raised, so it looks like a big panel attached to his chest, not part of his chest.

Overall: Drillhorn is a great toy overall, but TFC Toys prioritized the animal modes of the partners over their gun and chest plate modes in most case. So the guns and chest plates don’t look great, but the animals look awesome. My only real complaint is that for the cost, I would have liked Drillhorn to be a little larger.
