Botcon 2023: Botcon Selects Beast Wars Minerva

Botcon Selects are hand painted and customized by Shawn Tessman and were available at Botcon 2022 and 2023.

Beast Wars Minerva

Beast Wars Minerva is repainted from Beast Wars Tigatron. She is beautiful. Painted in dirty white, I wasn’t sure if she was meant to be a specific species of big cat. I did a little searching and found out that a genetic condition in white tigers can result in a near-complete lack of black markings leaving the cat almost completely white. Not sure if that was why she was done in white, or if I’m just overthinking it, and it was the easiest way to repaint Tigatron. She has a new head, which looks great.
