Beast Mode: Retrax is one of the odder Beast Wars design, and not a particularly good one. His beast mode is okay, he’s a pill bug I think, though I don’t think he’s really accurate. He has lots of molded detail and great paint apps. He differs from the original as he is missing two of his legs and his antennae are installed backwards.

Robot Mode: Unfortunately, he kind of sucks in robot mode. His arms are stuck out to the side and you can’t really do much with him. He does have a sort of action features being able to snap his arms shut.

Overall: Retrax is weird, but his bug mode is cool enough to make him worth buying if you don’t have an original
