Transformers: The Last Knight Jada Die Cast 1:32 Scale Vehicles (Barricade, Bumblebee, Crosshairs, Optimus Prime)
Transformers: The Last Knight Toy Reviews
Jada, a company I’ve never heard of before, is making die cast vehicles based on The Last Knight vehicles. Oddly, missing from any of the announced assortments is Drift, but Optimus Prime, Barricade, Bumblebee, and Crosshairs are coming out at 1:24, 1:32, and 1:64 scale vehicles. I finally gave up finding them in store and picked up the 1:32 set on eBay.
Barricade
Barricade looks great with his metallic blue paint job. It still pisses me off that they aren’t using the Decepticon-Police logo.
Bumblebee
Bumblebee looks great. They didn’t paint his entire hood black. I kind of like the arrow look of it, which is closer to how he appears in the movie than the deluxe toy (at least the first version). That was also true of the 1:24 version, but I didn’t notice it at the time.
Crosshairs
Crosshairs is beautiful. I love the metallic green paintjob.
Optimus Prime
Optimus Prime seems a little small. If these are all supposed to be 1:32 scale, it would seem either Optimus Prime needs to be bigger, or the cars need to be smaller. Still looks cool.
Overall: These are really nice. I am half tempted to get another set of these to open. The Jada web site shows a 1:32 scale Walmart exclusive Hot Rod, but I have yet to see one either in store, where I have seen almost nothing of this line, or on eBay.
Thanks for reading!
