This movie will only be enjoyed by those who like bloody action movies with very simple plots.  I, therefore, loved it, but I think I was in the minority.

The story is simple.  As a boy a vampire killed Abraham Lincoln’s mother.  Lincoln grew up and was taught by a vampire how to kill vampires.  He then became president and fought the civil war to prevent the vampires from using southern slaves as a food source.

The special effects are awesome, and the action is great.  The acting was okay, but nothing special.  In essence, if you want to see someone spill vampire guts, and the most epic fight scene on an exploding train you’ll even see, go see it.
